In the Kingdom of Heaven serving is not a obligation it is a privilege. Our Christian identity is modeled after the life of Jesus. Jesus himself was a servant. While Christ is our supreme example, service happens in the every day ordinary actions. Cleaning, helping, encouraging, setting up chairs, caring for others, viewing all of these as sacred acts that glorify God and fulfill the purpose we were created for.
